Prescriptions

Pathology

Our phys icians will prescribe enough medica-

tion and refills to meet your treatment needs until your

next scheduled appointment. If you need a prescription

change or refill before your next appointment pleas e

allow 24-48 hours for us to complete your request.

Please have complete medication and dosing

information available as well as your pharmacy phone

number when you call us. Thank you for helping us meet

your needs.

Main Office

Office Hours

Our office hours vary depending on the office

location and provider. We generally treat patients Mon-

day thru Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, however we do

have limited office hours on Saturdays. Walk-ins are

welcome at our Morgantown office.

Pathology services are billed as a separate

charge from your of fice visit or procedure. If applicable,

all services provided will be billed to your insurance.

Your pathology report will not be mailed to you

but will usually be available at your next scheduled ap-

pointment. Our office will call you if the diagnosis re-

quires further treatment or is serious in nature.

If you are concerned about your results, please

allow 14 days from your date of treatment before you

contact our office. If you have any further questions

please feel free to call our main office. Thank you.

Urgent Care

If you have a medical emergency or feel that you

require immediate attention please contact our main of-

fice as soon as possible. If you call us outside of our

regular office hours or are unable to reach us please call

United Hospital Center at 304-624-2121 or go to

your local emergency room.
